Overview
This policy describes how rapaivideo.cc handles information when you create AI rap videos, purchase credits, or contact support.
Information We Process
- Account information, such as your email address, name, profile image, and authentication details supplied when you sign in.
- Creation inputs, including uploaded photos, jokes or stories, stage and tone choices, and video settings.
- Generation records, including task status, generated video links, timestamps, credits used, and adjustments to your balance.
- Purchase records, including Stripe customer and checkout identifiers, payment status, and the credit pack purchased.
- Technical information used to operate and troubleshoot the service, such as browser information, request logs, and errors.
- Messages and attachments you send when contacting support.
Stripe handles payment details through its checkout. Our application records purchase information needed to confirm your payment and credit your account; it does not store your full payment card number.
Why We Use This Information
We use this information to authenticate your account, create the videos you request, display your creation history, process purchases, maintain your credit balance, respond to support requests, and investigate errors or misuse. We also retain information needed to meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Photo and Video Processing
Your photo is uploaded to cloud storage when you submit it for generation. It does not remain only on your device. Our generation infrastructure sends your photo reference, story, and settings to third-party AI services to produce the video. The result is stored so you can view and download it later.
We do not operate a facial recognition database or train our own AI models on your uploads. Third-party AI services process inputs under their own terms and data-handling policies. Avoid uploading sensitive images or information you do not want processed by those services.
If your photo shows another person, make sure you have the necessary rights and permission to upload it and request an AI performance of their likeness.
Who Can Access Your Files
Your creation history is linked to your signed-in account and is not automatically published in a public gallery. However, uploaded photos and generated videos are served through media URLs that can be opened by anyone who has the link. Account protection for the history page does not make those media links private.
Treat media links as shareable links. Once you share or download a video, other people may retain or redistribute copies outside our service.
Service Providers
We use providers for hosting and media storage, authentication, AI generation, payment processing, and service operations. They receive the information needed for their part of the service. For example, Google handles Google sign-in, Stripe processes checkout, and Cloudflare provides media storage and delivery.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate misuse and protect the service or other people.
Browser Storage and Analytics
We use cookies and browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions and remember preferences. A draft photo and creation settings may also be saved in your browser to restore your work after sign-in or checkout. Clear site data on shared devices when you are finished.
We use PVUV for optional analytics on public pages. After you choose “Accept optional,” it can record page visits, referral information, browser and device information, performance, and interactions such as clicks and scroll depth. It uses cookies and browser storage to recognize visits. Choosing “Essential only” leaves optional analytics unloaded. We do not call its user identification feature. Account pages, creation history, and pages containing payment or authentication query parameters are excluded from this integration. A previous “Got it” dismissal does not count as analytics permission. Clear this site’s stored data and reload to reset your choice.
Retention and Deletion Requests
Uploaded files, generated videos, and generation records may remain stored so that the service can provide your history and downloads. They are not automatically deleted immediately after generation. Purchase and credit records may need to be retained for accounting, security, and dispute handling.
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or operational reasons. Deletion from our service cannot remove copies already downloaded or shared by others.
Security and International Processing
We use access controls for account records and encrypted connections for data transfer. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and the media-link access described above still applies.
Our infrastructure and providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable privacy rights and obligations depend on your location and the circumstances of processing.
Your Choices and Questions
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@rapaivideo.cc with privacy questions or requests, including concerns about a photo uploaded without permission or a child's information.

We may update this policy as our service or data practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice where required.
