Using Our Service
These terms apply when you use rapaivideo.cc. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or requesting a video, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the Service Provides
rapaivideo.cc turns a photo and your joke or story into a short AI rap video. You choose a stage, tone, video quality, and format from the options available in the creation form. The service generates the performance, music, and vocals for you.
You can view generation progress, play completed videos, and download your results from your account. Available options and generation times may change as the service develops.
Your Account
You need to sign in to purchase credits and generate videos. Creating an account does not include free generation credits. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and contact us if you notice unauthorized activity.
You are responsible for the information and content submitted through your account. Do not use someone else's account or bypass account restrictions.
Photos, Stories, and Permission
Only upload photos and other content that you have the right to use. If a photo shows another person, obtain any permission needed to process their likeness and share the resulting video. Permission to possess a photo does not necessarily include permission to publish an AI performance of that person.
Keep jokes playful and consider how the person portrayed would feel about the result. Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Prohibited Use
Do not use the service to:
- Create unlawful content, threats, targeted harassment, or hateful abuse.
- Create sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate content.
- Impersonate someone deceptively, commit fraud, or present a generated performance as evidence of something a person actually said or did.
- Upload content you are not authorized to use or disclose another person's confidential information.
- Evade payment, manipulate credit balances, bypass usage limits, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
We may restrict access or remove content when necessary to address misuse or legal requirements.
Content Rights and AI Results
You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded content. You give us permission to process, transmit, and store that content through our service providers as needed to fulfill your request and make the result available to you.
AI output can contain visual mistakes, unexpected lyrics, imperfect timing, or differences from the person in the photo. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular artistic result, uniqueness, or copyright protection for generated content.
Review your video before sharing it. You are responsible for how you use or publish the result, including obtaining any permissions required for commercial use. A purchase does not clear third-party rights on your behalf.
One-Time Credit Purchases
We sell one-time credit packs. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The package price, number of credits, and any applicable checkout charges are shown before you pay. Payments are processed through Stripe, and credits are added after payment is confirmed.
Purchased credits do not have a scheduled expiration. The creation form shows the credit cost for your selected settings before you submit a generation. Credits are deducted when your request is accepted. Review your settings and available balance before submitting.
For payment or balance problems, contact support with your account email and transaction details. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Availability and Your Copies
Generation depends on third-party processing and storage services. Processing may take longer during busy periods, and interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of your files. Download a copy of completed videos you want to keep.
Responsibility and Access Restrictions
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violations of these terms, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and contact support about your account.
Updates and Contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision, and we will provide additional notice where required.
